Community Resources
The vision for this project is to generate a user-friendly, searchable database of community resources available to families with young children ranging from where to find information about filing taxes as the parent of a child with a disability to where a safe and comfortable place to breastfeed can be found in your local mall. Often, primary care physicians are unaware of the plethora of community outreach programs that exist to serve children and young families; this directory offers them a tool to quickly identify those resources that may be of use to the young patients and families they care for.
